Automatic Writing

Automatic Writing can be described as accessing the inner voice allowing ‘spirit’ the opportunity to

communicate through the writer, who is willing to be a conduit for this process.

It is sometimes called ‘spiritual writing’, ‘free flow writing’ or ‘inspirational writing’.

Some will say this is having a direct link with God and our higher self.

We all have our unique way to write and be a conduit for higher truth if we have willingness and trust to

achieve this. The higher our frequencies the clearer our message will be.

The contents of this trilogy of books written by me have lovingly and patiently been ‘transcribed’ via

automatic writing. It has indeed been a great privilege and honour to be the human ‘voice’ for universal

messages of wisdom and grace.
