Fellow Travellers – Poem

by | June 2022 | Spirituality, Transformation

Greetings,

Many of us have not had physical contact with loved ones for two years or more due to Covid restrictions. This has been heartbreaking for most of us.

When I began to write this newsletter my New Zealand family members were due to arrive for a visit. Disappointingly their travel to be with me is being delayed again due to my son having Covid and they are now coming mid July. Acceptance and adaptability are needed here!

Most curious and adventurous people love to travel, physically and in our thoughts and feelings. Following is a poem I wrote about another perspective on travelling. Each time we travel here, in our many lives as a human, we have new wisdom to be learned. Each journey can be challenging – as many of us are now experiencing. I trust you are coping well.

Fellow Travellers

Hello fellow travellers along the way
We are all here as in a play
Remove your costume and your mask
There will be the answers that we ask

We may be here to experience fun
Or we may be here to experience pain
No matter what we have done
There will be wisdom to be gained

We take our turns at coming back
And each time we bring a pack
Our pack of sacred contracts to fulfill
This is our truth we shall instill

What is this thing called life?
Full of sadness, joy and strife
Perhaps you understand this plan
Towards the creation of new man

We are part of the great changing times for humanity. Stay strong and claim your sovereignty, always with love in your heart.
